- A question about your privacy on this site.
We read every message, and we correct a mistake as soon as we have checked it. Corrections to figures appear in our data updates.
We are not Roblox
Roconomy is an independent site. We cannot see, change or restore a Roblox account, Robux, a purchase or a payout.
For those, ask Roblox's own support, from the Roblox website or app. Never send us a password or a code from your email: we will never ask for one.
If you are a child
Ask a parent or another adult to write for you. Do not send us your full name, address or school.
What happens to your message
We use your email address and your message only to answer you. The privacy page says what this site stores, and what it never collects.
Questions
Can Roconomy fix my Roblox account or payout?
No. We are an independent site and cannot see or change a Roblox account, a purchase or a payout. Ask Roblox's own support, from the Roblox website or app.
Will Roconomy ever ask for my password?
Never, and never for a code from your email or phone either. Anyone who asks for one is not us.
How do I report a wrong figure?
Write to the address above. Name the page, the figure and the page of Roblox that says otherwise, and we correct it once we have checked.
