How Creator Rewards work
Creator Rewards are Robux that Roblox pays to the people who make games. There are two rewards: one for players who spend, and one for new players you bring in.
The daily reward pays 5 Robux a day for each Active Spender who plays your game. An Active Spender is a player who spent at least $9.99 on Roblox in the past 60 days.
The new players' reward pays 35% of what a new or returning player spends in their first 60 days. Only their first $100.00 counts.
How to calculate Creator Rewards
Robux = players who spend each day × 5 × days
- players who spend each day
- Active Spenders who play your game for 10 minutes or more on a day, among the first 3 games they play that day.
- 5
- The Robux Roblox pays for each of them, each day.
- days
- How many days you add up.

The daily reward
With 100 players who spend a day, the daily reward comes to about 15,000 Robux in a month.
A player counts for your game only if it is one of the first 3 games they play for 10 minutes or more that day. Players who spend often play many games, so not all of them count every day.
This is why the calculator gives an estimate. Your Creator Dashboard shows how many Active Spenders Roblox counted.
The new players' reward
When a player joins Roblox through your game, or comes back after a long time away, you can earn a share of what they buy. The share is 35% of their first $100.00 within 60 days.
One such player can earn you at most $35.00. Roblox pays this reward in Robux. It has not said how many Robux a dollar of it is worth, so this page shows it in dollars.
Examples for new players
| New players | Each spends | Reward, in dollars |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $10.00 | $3.50 |
| 1 | $100.00 | $35.00 |
| 1 | $250.00 | $35.00 |
| 10 | $20.00 | $70.00 |

Roblox Creator Rewards requirements
For the new players' reward, your game must keep an average of 100 players a day over 60 days. The new player must play it for 10 minutes or more.
You need an account with a checked ID and a working DevEx account. DevEx is how Roblox pays creators real money.
Two rewards, two kinds of figure
The daily reward is counted in Robux, so the calculator can add it up exactly for the players you type. Only the number of players is a guess.
The new players' reward is a share of money spent. It is the most you can get, because players who spend less than the limit bring you less.
When the Robux arrive
Roblox holds Creator Rewards for 60 days. Then they are earned Robux, which you can spend or cash out.
The DevEx calculator shows what Roblox pays for them in real money.
Rewards are held like other earnings, as Roblox hold times shows. After that they count as earned Robux.

What this calculator cannot know
- How many of your players are Active Spenders. Only Roblox counts them, and the number changes every day.
- Whether your game is among the first games a player plays that day.
- How many Robux the new players' reward is. Roblox has not published how it changes dollars into Robux.
- How Roblox rounds. Roblox does not say how it rounds the new players' share, so we round down to the cent.
- Changes to the rewards. Roblox has changed them before, and we update this page when it does.
