Why Robux are pending
When someone buys from you, Roblox holds the Robux for a while. Until the hold ends they show as pending, and you cannot spend them or cash them out.
The hold gives Roblox time to catch payments made with stolen cards. A sale that turns out to be fraud can be taken back before the Robux are yours.
For a game pass, Roblox's pages say about 5 days. Its announcement on pending sales put the range at 3 to 7 days, depending on the risk of fraud.
How to calculate the Robux pending time

Earliest, usual and latest day
Roblox gives a range for game passes, developer products and subscriptions paid in Robux. Most sales are ready on the usual day. A sale that Roblox wants to check more closely can wait until the last day of the range.
A hold counts calendar days. It runs on through weekends, month ends and the end of a year. In a leap year the extra day in February counts like any other.
Other kinds of sale have one fixed hold. Add that many days to the day of the sale, and you have the day the Robux or the money are ready.

How long pending Robux take
Game passes, developer products and subscriptions paid in Robux share one hold: about 5 days. Paid access bought with Robux is held for up to 7 days.
Avatar items wait longer. An item sold in a game or on the Marketplace is held for 30 days.
Creator Rewards, the Robux Roblox pays for players who spend in your game, are held for 60 days. The Roblox Creator Rewards calculator estimates how many you earn.
Sales paid in real money
A subscription that players pay in real money gives you Robux after 30 days, once the month they paid for is over.
Paid access sold for real money pays you money, not Robux. Roblox holds it for at least 60 days and then pays it once a month.
Models and plugins sold in the Creator Store are held for 30 days. The money is paid on the first day of the next month.
After the hold: cashing out
Once the hold ends, earned Robux can be cashed out with DevEx. DevEx is how Roblox pays creators real money.
Roblox checks each request first. A first request takes about 10 working days, and a later one about 5.
Working days are Monday to Friday, so a request made on a weekend starts counting on Monday. The DevEx calculator shows what Roblox pays.

What this calculator cannot know
- Whether Roblox checks your sale for longer. A sale that looks risky can stay pending to the end of the range.
- Your time zone. Roblox counts days by its own clock, so a sale late in your evening can count from the next day.
- Public holidays. A cash-out check counts working days, and holidays are not taken out.
- The hold of private servers. Roblox states none, so we use the hold of game passes.
- Refunds. A sale that is refunded during the hold never becomes yours.
